Terms and conditions of service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or receiving any service, the client declares they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Client Requirements

  • The client must be of legal age and present a valid official ID.

  • In the case of minors, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide identification and sign as the responsible party.

  • The studio reserves the right of admission.​

 

3. Pre-Appointment Preparation

To guarantee optimal results, the client agrees to:

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the area to be tattooed.

  • Refrain from consuming alcohol, narcotics, or similar substances at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Avoid high-fat foods for at least 3 days prior.

  • Stay hydrated before and after the procedure.

  • Avoid sun exposure, saunas, or hot springs in the days leading up to the session.

  • Do not apply topical anesthetics (numbing creams) without prior authorization.

Failure to follow these recommendations may affect the tattoo's outcome, which remains the client's responsibility.

4. During the Session

  • For sessions longer than 4 hours, breaks may be taken.

  • The client may bring snacks or non-alcoholic beverages.

  • It is recommended to bring headphones or personal entertainment.

5. Studio Access​

Guests or minors are not permitted in the studio, except in previously authorized cases.

6. Appointments and Punctuality

A 10-minute grace period is granted. After this time, the appointment may be canceled, resulting in the loss of the deposit and the right to reschedule under the same conditions.

7. Deposits and Payments

  • ​A deposit is mandatory to book an appointment.

  • The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo.

 

​8. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per booked appointment.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

9. Design Changes​

  • Any modifications to the design must be reported at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Last-minute changes may result in rescheduling.

 

10. Client Responsibility

​The client declares that:

  • They are in suitable health conditions to undergo the procedure.

  • They have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

  • They understand that results may vary depending on individual factors (skin type, aftercare, etc.).

 

11. Results and Aftercare

  • ​The final result depends largely on the client's aftercare.

  • Strict aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed.

  • Failure to follow these instructions is the client's responsibility.

12. Right of Service​

The artist reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any project.

  • Cancel or reschedule an appointment for justified reasons.

  • Refuse service if unsuitable conditions are detected.

13. Modifications

  • ​These terms may be updated at any time.

  • Periodic review is recommended.​
